Welcome to Jag Nation
Students catch another glimpse of elephants on safari at the Tarangire National Park.

Have you ever seen wild elephants up close? Want to?

Tanzania is one of the most biodiverse countries on Earth. It’s no surprise then that our Study Abroad Biology students stumbled across wild elephants, and much more, on their many summer safaris.

Students from Department of Biology visited beautiful Tanzania over the summer. One of the most biodiverse countries on Earth (meaning a place with many, many different types of wildlife), Tanzania offered students a firsthand, up-close look at some of nature’s most exotic critters, big and small. Interested in going on a Biology Study Away trip? Their next destination is Nova Scotia. Don’t get left behind – apply now!
