The AU Day of Service is traditionally held on the first Saturday in November each year. However, during these unprecedented times of COVID-19, AU held Virtual Days of Service throughout November. Employees and students came together remotely to support local community organizations. Here’s a snapshot of some of the highlights of the 2020 Virtual Days of Service.
During this year’s Virtual Days of Service activities, more than 1200 AU and AU Health volunteers came together to tackle more than 50 service projects across the CSRA. Your selfless service resulted in a broad and lasting, positive impact for our friends and neighbors across the community. Your service combined with that of hundreds of other AU volunteers continues to make a meaningful difference to those around us.
